The agreement between you and KeelyApp, LLC for using ThymlyChef. Please read it — especially the parts about food safety and subscriptions.
By downloading or using ThymlyChef, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. ThymlyChef is provided by KeelyApp, LLC ("we," "us").
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, or use the app under the supervision of a parent or guardian who accepts these Terms. ThymlyChef isn't intended for children under 13.
ThymlyChef is an AI-powered culinary assistant that generates recipes, meal plans, events, nutrition estimates, and shopping lists based on the information you provide. Features and availability may change over time.
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@thymlychef.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
ThymlyChef offers a free tier with limited usage (currently 10 recipes per month) and a paid Chef's Table subscription with additional features. Paid subscriptions are auto-renewing: they renew for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your app store account. Manage or cancel your subscription in your app store account settings — deleting the app alone does not cancel a subscription. Prices may change; we'll give notice as required by the app stores and law. Except where required by law or store policy, payments are non-refundable.
Don't misuse ThymlyChef: no reverse engineering, no attempts to disrupt the service, no using it to break the law or infringe others' rights, and no automated scraping of the service.
You keep ownership of the content you add (like your own recipes and notes). You grant us the limited license needed to operate the app for you — for example, sending your request to our AI service to generate a response.
ThymlyChef, the ThymlyChef logo, and the app's design are owned by KeelyApp, LLC. AI-generated recipes are provided for your personal use.
ThymlyChef links to third-party services such as grocery apps and Apple Health. We don't control them, and your use of them is governed by their terms and policies.
ThymlyChef is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that recipes, nutrition data, or other output will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your circumstances.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KeelyApp, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of ThymlyChef or reliance on its output. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.
You can stop using ThymlyChef at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms.
If you download ThymlyChef from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms with the right to enforce them. Similar terms apply to Google Play in the future. The app store — not KeelyApp, LLC — is responsible for its own payment and refund processes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept it.
